Banana Split Icebox Dessert




In a medium mixing bowl stir together:
1 - 16 oz. carton whipped topping
1 cup sour cream
1 - 3oz pkg instant vanilla pudding powder

then add:
1- 8 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained

using:
24 whole graham crackers
2 bananas ( You'll need one more later.)

Thickly spread some of the whipped topping mixture on each of four crackers. Arrange the crackers on the bottom of a serving dish, edges touching. Thinly slice banana over whipped topping. This is layer one.
Repeat this five more times, except on the last layer leave off the banana slices.

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate over night. (I used toothpicks to hold up the plastic so it wouldn't mess up the topping.)

before serving:

add to top:
1 banana, sliced
sliced, fresh strawberries (I bought a pound but only used about half)

when serving:
drizzle with chocolate syrup...or not

makes 8 generous servings
